Screen Capture if you use Firefox

Last night I had a conversation with one of the most positive people on the planet. Even this person had nothing bad to say about screen capture technology, thereby upholding his acute affinity for all things positive. Fireshot is a cool add-on that will allow you take a picture of the screen that you are viewing and then use editing tools such as drawing on the picture, or cropping to the part you really want. This is a cool tool, and very useful for making mustaches on pictures of politicians.

Here is a link to the add-on page

I speak fluent HTML

I have found a good tutorial for the person who wants to further their understanding of the HTML language that makes up the magical universe of the interweb. Below is a link that is very useful for those uneasy questions you might run into while wanting to post something that is completely awesome. You are welcome.

Revenge of the Nerd - You are welcome by the way

As we all become more technologically advanced, I ask you to take this site to the next level. I have noticed that people are placing very cool links in their posts. Our site is becoming a stopping point for at least 40 people, according to Google analytics. Don't you hate when the link you posted directs you away from the page you are viewing, well here is a simple piece of code that you put at the end of your link to have the link open in another tab, if you use tabbed browsing, or new window if you don't update your browser because then the government will get you, and you still use Netscape that came with your Windows98 machine. target="_blank" Use this code until I am done with the script for a cool pop up window. This is basic, but it will definitely make it look like you are a programmer from the old skool. So with this techy tip your new and improved link will look like this

a href="http://www.andyisthecoolest.com" target="_blank"

Don't forget a space between the end of the linked site and the target="_blank" code.

Now get out there and have some good old fashioned html fun.

If time wasting were a job, I would be rich

This is a weird search engine that returns a cosmic array of pictures while it reads your mind. Ch-ch-check it out.

Just in case you were wondering

I have recruited only 2 followers to my team of bandits. is one of those really useful tools while being useless at the same time. I guess is just what you make of it. It can be used as a news tool, new tech tool, communication tool, or a what the eff is Britney Spears doing right now tool (@therealbritney yes it is real, allegedly). A problem that most users run into when becoming a member of nation is who the eff do I follow? This generally results in a account that starts strong with crappy posts and then falls into obscurity.

Well I happen to have found a site that lists the top 100 users. Use this site as a reference to see who is making digital waves over the interweb via . Be the first on your block to find out about new experimental Firefox plug ins (**insert geek lisp**), keep in the know about current events before the newspapers print them, or always know what is going on with your favorite pop starlet (is she a starlet anymore?) Britney Spears.

Pleased to enjoy.

Due to the disjointed nature of this post I just wanted to verify that we are talking about the 2.0 phenom . Like Puffy says "Join or die"

Let's cut to the chase

Everybody has done it, you post a youtube video that is 15 minutes long, but the funny part is at minute 14. Previously unless you were a 2.0 junkie and knew about inserting a piece of code you were doomed to lose viewers because most of the video you have on display sucks. Well enter TubeChop. This nifty little site takes a youtube url and allows you start and stop at the times that you want. So from here on out, I expect that all videos that are posted on this site will adhere to the rule of not sucking. To demonstrate the feature I have embedded a video of a monkey riding a segway. I know, I could probably watch this shit all day, but I cut it to only 10 seconds to prove a point.

Enjoy, and remember, post responsibly.
